All orders are shipped from our US warehouse. Review the details below before placing your order.
Free Express Shipping on Every Order
PureDose Labs provides complimentary express shipping on all domestic orders with no minimum purchase requirement. Estimated carrier delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch. There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and holidays may affect delivery dates.
Geographic Coverage
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Handling & Packaging
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide reference materials are shipped in sealed, labeled vials. Product-specific laboratory documentation is shown separately only when a matching published record is available.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@puredoselabs.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
