1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using puredoselabs.com (the "Site") or purchasing products from Pure Dose Labs ("PureDose Labs", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by PureDose Labs are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory and research use by qualified researchers.

Our products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic application, or any clinical purpose. By purchasing from PureDose Labs, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional acting in a professional research capacity.
• You will use the products solely for lawful, non-clinical laboratory research in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• You are 18 years of age or older.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to access order history and loyalty rewards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@puredoselabs.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
• We accept orders subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
• All sales are final. Please review our refund and return policy in Section 6 below.

5. Shipping

We ship from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. PureDose Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our research materials, we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@puredoselabs.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and Certificates of Analysis — is the property of PureDose Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUREDOSE LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUREDOSE LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
